We manage your trust assets when your beneficiaries or others are not able or willing to do so. Examples include, managing for special needs incapacitated parties, minors, or dueling parties.
We provide help to existing trustees who are capable but want assistance, need trusted advisors on making decisions, and/or when family members want further assurances that loved ones are not being taken advantage of.

About Matt Morris
Matt Morris is an attorney with over 30 years experience litigating business and real estate disputes in State and Federal Courts. His practice has also included handling trust and probate disputes. Mr. Morris has served in a number of professional, community and religious organizations, including as President of the Desert Bar Association, Superior Court settlement panel, the American Heart Association, and for several years on the JFK Memorial Hospital Bio Ethics Committee.
His decades of experience in handling complex conflict resolution and creating consensus give him unique insights into working with people from all walks of life and all professional backgrounds. Mr. Morris began offering trust services years ago as a favor to a friend. He loved the work, and has continued serving as co-trustee, successor trustee and trustee for trusts where children, adults, and seniors are the beneficiaries of multi-million-dollar estates.
